Continuum Health Partners, Inc. (CHP), a partnership of three venerable institutions – Beth Israel Medical Center, St. Luke’s Hospital and Roosevelt Hospital – wanted to inspire New York area residents to be better stewards of their health. CHP partnered with Zizzo Group to develop a custom health education initiative called Live Well New York, designed to help influence personal health care decision-making.

Live Well New York demonstrates CHP’s specialty capabilities and new technologies, as well as positions CHP physicians as outstanding local health care experts who are accessible to consumers. Using print, television and online mediums, the program highlights new and relevant health information each month. Content is derived from CHP expert physicians, who also offer friendly health advice that encourages consumers to take control of their care.


Zizzo Group was challenged to create a multi-year health education program to drive consumers in the Greater New York City area to make better health care decisions. We were also challenged to enhance the position of the three hospitals as a resource for better health and wellness in the community.


Zizzo Group partnered with The New York Daily News and NBC NY to develop an integrated marketing and communications strategy that reinforces CHP’s leadership and commitment to the New York City community. Zizzo Group’s creative team continues to work closely with CHP’s leading physicians to provide health care information relevant to New York City consumers through The website also features a rich tools and education through a monthly interactive feature, local classes and events, clinical studies, and patient testimonials. Each element of the website helps drive new visits to CHP's local hospitals.


Through this initiative, Zizzo Group created to address the need for local, community-based online health care research tools and information. This comprehensive campaign consists of new media and traditional advertising to drive traffic to the co-branded website.

Since the program launched in August 2011, has received 44,213 page views, with 4:35 average time on site. According to CHP, the Live Well New York program has given their hospitals and physicians great exposure and positive brand recognition.
