CONVERGE: Cutting Through
the Noise with Popular Tips

New York City is known for being noisy, aggressive, and densely packed. Not surprisingly, that’s exactly how you’d describe its financial landscape. For Popular Community Bank, which sought to show the human side of banking, it wasn’t enou gh to be another face in the crowd.

Using our unique CONVERGE program, we worked with Popular Community Bank the local NBC affiliate to cut through the clutter of the financial marketplace, and, in doing so, paved the way for the organization to tell its story as a reliable banking partner.

Our Results

Inspirational, insightful and unapologetically human, we launched Popular Tips to reach customers where they live and work. Drawing from expertise within Popular Community Bank and real stories from within the community, this education marketing initiative used traditional, digital and social media to deliver practical tips on curated topics and positioned Popular Community Bank as a partner in financial empowerment.

Over the course of 18 months, ZG increased awareness of Popular Community Bank and its personal and commercial products and services, as well as increased customer affinity for the brand. Practical, actionable content helped drive engagement with the organizations target demographic of 25-34 year olds across multiple sessions, with a noticeable uptick in interaction with program-specific topics, financial tools, and community features.
