Zizzo Welcomes Nicolet Law to Open Their Largest Flagship Office in the Historic Third Ward
Milwaukee – (December 2, 2024) – Anne Zizzo; founder of Zizzo Ventures, LLC, a commercial real estate holding company and founder and CEO of Zizzo Group Engagement Marketing; has announced a new tenant, Nicolet Law Accident & Injury Lawyers, will be moving into her 13,500 square-foot offices space at 207 North Milwaukee Street in the Historic Third Ward. The 20-year lease agreement was executed directly with Nicolet Law. Nicolet Law will move from its current offices at 241 North Broadway Street to the new location in January 2025. Nicolet Law will occupy two floors at 207 North Milwaukee Street, which were previously Zizzo Group’s offices. This office space will serve as one of Nicolet Law’s flagship Wisconsin offices and marks the firm’s 11th office location in Wisconsin and its 24th office total.
Anne Zizzo owns the 13,500-square-foot office and parking garage site on the corner of Milwaukee and Chicago streets at 207 N. Milwaukee Street in the Historic Third Ward and is also a founding member-level investor in the Walker’s Point Neighborhood Association. This is Zizzo’s second tenant and comes approximately two years after Zizzo announced the grand opening of her new, mixed-use office and tenant space at 131 S 1st Street in Walker’s Point, and a year after she announced her first tenant, Skilos, A Family Pet Store, which occupies two-thirds of the first floor of Zizzo Group’s Walker’s Point headquarters.

Anne Zizzo purchased the office space located at the corner of Chicago and Milwaukee Streets in Milwaukee’s Third Ward approximately 11 years ago as a result of the ongoing growth of her operating company, Zizzo Group. It served as the Zizzo Group headquarters for nine years until she moved the company in 2022 to its new, mixed-use office and tenant space at 131 South 1st Street in Walker’s Point in 2022. Zizzo partnered with Milwaukee-based Rinka Architecture to design the space at 207 N. Milwaukee Street to facilitate unique and open collaboration between employees and clients, which is one of the many reasons why the offices are a great fit for Nicolet Law. The space features an inverted office layout with offices on the interior and workstations located on the perimeter. The offices feature full glass fronts and sliding doors as an extension of the workspace. Additionally, the design includes several flexible space common areas, including a café, collaboration areas, and conference rooms with movable pieces to convert into larger settings, which will allow Nicolet Law to host community events.

The building located at 207 North Milwaukee Street was built in 1915 for the Phoenix Knitting Company and is registered on the National Register of Historic Places. The six-story facility includes a mix of commercial and residential spaces. Prior to Nicolet Law and Zizzo Group, the space was home to Fullhouse Media and the Posner Art Gallery.
