Five Questions with Jackie

This fun-loving dog mom pops up at the best of times, making sure we have everything we need to deliver successful campaigns.
So today, let’s get to know a little more about Jackie!
- If you were a type of shoe, which would it be?
Hands down a boot. Definitely a cute, chunky heel, tall boot. Wait – maybe a strappy sandal. Oh boy, can I warp into a different shoe to match the season?
- What does the daily life of a project manager look like?
Have you ever seen someone trying to herd really fast, smart cats? My day starts with running reports out of our project management system and checking statuses of projects. Then, I wait for everyone to get in so I can stalk them … I mean ask them the status of projects with due dates coming up. Once the day gets started we get into meetings and I make sure everyone has what they need to do their work. And I always end my day with a to-do list to start the next day!
- What part of your day do you look forward to most?
Curling up on the couch with a glass of wine after dinner, watching the dogs play “who gets to sit closest to mom tonight.”
- How do you like to relax?
I’m not sure I know what that word means. I always need to be doing something, so I’d say I “relax” by doing activities. I like to hike or kayak in the warmer seasons, but I hate being cold so I don’t do much walking in the winter.
- What’s the most random item on your desk?
A roll of doggie poop bags. You never know when you might need one.
