Disrupting a Centerpiece

When you get to work with an organization comprised of exceptional women leaders, you make it your mission to create a lasting impact. That’s why when TEMPO Milwaukee asked ZG to create the centerpieces for their signature Annual Leadership Event, we replaced traditional floral centerpieces with something more engaging.

With a record-breaking 600 people in attendance, and a guest speaker, Porter Gale, providing insight on ways to disrupt industry norms, ZG embraced the theme of disruption and created centerpieces that inspired our audience to think about the futures of their own businesses well beyond the event. Each centerpiece featured a vibrant “bouquet” of fortune tellers filled with motivational quotes from successful women leaders.

While we directly impacted all 600 in attendance, those 600 went on to motivate, inspire and become better leaders to everyone within their own companies.
